1. About Us

Content Creation OS ("the Service", "we", "us") is a personal online business owned and operated by an individual based in South Africa. The Service provides AI-powered content generation tools designed for strategic content creators.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Access requires signing in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscription Plans & Pricing

We offer the following monthly plans, billed in USD:

  • Free Trial: 2 generations no payment required
  • Starter $9/month: 20 generations
  • Pro $19/month: 50 generations
  • Power $29/month: 120 generations

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. Generation limits reset at the start of each calendar month. Unused generations do not roll over.

5. PayPal Payments

All transactions are handled by PayPal in accordance with PayPal's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your payment card details. By subscribing, you authorise PayPal to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until cancellation.

To cancel, log into your PayPal account, navigate to Settings Payments Manage Automatic Payments, and cancel the Content Creation OS subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately-consumed nature of content generations, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical fault that prevented you from using generations you paid for, contact us via Instagram or Threads (@growwith_bianca) and we will assess each case fairly.

7. Usage Limits & Fair Use

Usage limits are strictly enforced server-side. You may not attempt to circumvent limits through technical means. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

You may not use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.

8. AI-Generated Content

Content is generated using Anthropic's Claude AI. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or originality of any output. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing generated content. You own the content you generate; we make no claim over it.

9. Intellectual Property

The Content Creation OS name, branding, design, and codebase are the intellectual property of the business owner. You may not reproduce or create derivative works without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding that claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. If discontinued, a pro-rated refund will be issued for unused paid periods.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
